Welcome to Milliey’s Bakehouse LLC (“Milliey’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Refund Policy. Please read them carefully.
Modify Order
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to make adjustments to your order, such as changing your pickup date or flavor selections, or contact information, we kindly ask that you notify us within 30 minutes of placing your order. This window allows us to accommodate reasonable changes before preparation begins. Once the 30 minutes window has passed, changes may no longer be possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after this time, we will always review requests thoughtfully and do our best to accommodate when feasible.
If you wish to modify your order quantity (i.e., box sizes or pack counts), we recommend canceling the original order and placing a new one within the appropriate timeframe. Please note that doing so may result in a different pickup date.
Cancellation
Milliey’s requires a cancellation request to be submitted within 30 minutes of the purchase time in order to qualify for a full refund. Orders canceled after the 30 minute window may still be canceled; however, refunds will not be issued once preparation has begun. This includes ingredient preparation, baking schedules, and labor allocation. Once you submit a cancellation request, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received. You will then receive a follow up notification via email confirming the outcome of your request. Each cancellation request is handled individually with care and fairness, and reviewed based on timing, and preparation stage.
Refunds
Refunds are available only within the first 30 minutes of purchase. Once this timeframe has passed, refunds of any kind will not be issued. In the event of an error on our end, such as an incorrect item being prepared or an item becoming unavailable, we will evaluate the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, store credit, or replacement item. Proof of purchase is required for all refund considerations. Refund eligibility applies only to regular priced items. Sale and discounted products are non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding, as all of our items are freshly baked and prepared specifically for each customer.
Late Pickup
We completely understand that schedules can change and unexpected delays can occur. If you anticipate arriving late for your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably in advance. While we always try to accommodate late arrivals when possible, orders that are not picked up during the designated pickup window without prior communication will be considered a completed sale. Since our baked goods are perishable and made specifically for you, unclaimed orders cannot be resold, refunded, or replaced. Timely communication allows us to better assist and plan accordingly.
Quality Guarantee
Your experience with Milliey’s is extremely important to us. If you have a concern regarding the quality of your order, please contact us within 1 hour of pickup. When reaching out, we ask that you provide a brief description of the issue along with a clear photo to help us properly assess the concern. All quality concerns are reviewed on a case by case basis with fairness, and respect. While we strongly stand behind the quality of our products, refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
