Welcome to Milliey’s Bakehouse LLC (“Milliey’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Use of Website
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. In addition, you agree not to interfere with others’ use of the site. All content on this website, including our logos, branding, text, images, and visual design, belongs to Milliey’s. Therefore, you may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written permission.
If you check the opt-in box and enter your phone number, you agree to receive marketing text messages from Milliey’s, such as order updates. We may send messages using an autodialer. However, your consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. You can also use an unsubscribe link when available.
Payments
I hereby authorize Milliey’s to initiate a charge entry on my credit or debit card in the amount equal to the amount I enter into the online payment option. I acknowledge I am responsible for inputting the correct payment amount. By submitting an online payment, I agree that there is a balance sufficient to pay all requested payments, and agree that Milliey’s is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (including, but not limited to, finance charges, late fees or similar charges) caused by my failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay the payment amount I indicated. I understand that an online payment will be processed and credited to my account within two business days.
Our prices, products, and pickup dates are subject to change without notice. Payment methods accepted will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Orders
We are a pickup-only bakery. We do not ship or deliver orders. After you place an order, we will confirm pickup location details, dates, and times in your order confirmation. You must arrive during your selected pickup window. If you miss your pickup time, we may not be able to hold your order. As a result, we may not issue a refund. Because we bake items fresh to order, all sales become final once production begins.
You may cancel within 3 hours of order confirmation for a full refund. After that window, we cannot cancel, modify, or refund the order.
Allergens
We prepare our products in a home-based kitchen that may handle common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Because of this, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have questions, contact us before you place your order.
Accounts
You may create an account during checkout or place orders as a guest. Accounts help you view order history and speed up future purchases. You are responsible for keeping your account information and login credentials confidential. In addition, you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
If someone accesses your account because you did not protect your login details, Milliey’s is not responsible for that unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms. However, account termination does not affect completed transactions or outstanding obligations.

Feedback & Concerns
We care about the quality of our baked goods. If you have a concern about product quality or preparation, please contact us within 2 hours after receiving your order. Also, include a brief description and a photo. We review concerns on a case-by-case basis. Since our products are perishable, we do not guarantee refunds. However, we may offer a replacement or shop credit for verified issues, at our discretion.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without compensation or credit. In addition, feedback does not create ownership rights or obligations on our part.
Limitation of Liability
Milliey’s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the current version, which will always be posted on this site.
